Egis Programmable 160-Amp 12V Charging Relay

Description

The Egis Programmable 160A 12V Automatic Charging Relay manages charging between two battery banks while keeping them isolated when no charging source is available. It is designed for high-current marine and mobile systems that need more control than a fixed-threshold automatic charging relay.

Dual start or engine-isolation inputs support multiple engines or independent charging sources, while an optional lockout can prevent the relay from combining if one battery has a shorted cell. A start-assist input allows manual battery combining through a remote switch when additional cranking current is needed.

The sealed unit uses stainless hardware, high-temperature materials, and integrated thermal-overload shutdown for demanding installations. A Deutsch/Amphenol DTM connector harness simplifies control wiring, while accessible DIP switches allow voltage thresholds and active features to be programmed after installation.
