Description

The Egis Dual XD Flex 2 Relay/Relay combines two programmable high-current switching relays in one compact enclosure. It is designed to replace two individual remote battery switches or high-current solenoids, reducing mounting space, external jumper cables, and the number of high-current connections that can loosen under vibration.

The Flex 2 architecture uses bi-stable solenoids to minimize off-state current draw while maintaining high-current capability. The unit is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K and built with stainless-steel cable studs, high-temperature electronics, and large M6 or 1/4-20 mounting holes for harsh marine and mobile environments.

Manual override knobs allow each relay to be forced open or closed and left locked in that condition when needed. DIP-switch programming gives installers flexibility in how each switching function behaves, while compatibility with common DTM/ATM control arrangements helps simplify replacement of legacy relay systems.

The compact dual-relay layout can also be expanded with compatible busbars for larger multi-battery systems.
