This C. Sherman Johnson Single-Hook Anchor Chain Tensioner, for 3/8″ chain, securely tensions and holds the anchor in the bow roller channel, freeing up the bow cleat and getting the anchor ready for sea conditions.

This fitting isn’t designed to take the strain of a boat riding at anchor on its rode. The single-hook style runs 12″ overall, with the threaded hook offering 1-1/2″ of adjustment for easy installation.

Fits 3/8″ chain, 12″ overall length, 1-1/2″ hook adjustment.
