The C.E. Smith Aluminum Horizontal Rod Holder, 1.315-inch OD, is a clamp-on holder for horizontal rails in polished, fully anodized marine grade aluminum.

Rail diameter is what you match here, and 1.315 inches is one of the smaller sizes in the range. The blade is 3/8 inch thick with a welded 1/3 inch gimbal bar, and the 1-5/8 inch bore has a flared opening to make inserting a rod easier.
