The C.E. Smith 30 Degree Flush Mount Stainless Steel Rod Holder comes from the same 80 Series swivel line as the 0 degree version, with the tube angled at 30 degrees so rods lean outboard rather than standing vertical.

The cup swivels to follow a running fish while the rod stays seated, which is intended for bent butt rod fishing and recommended for tuna and other large fish. The swivel cup is a one-piece stainless casting turning on a precision-machined 1/2 inch pivot with fine threads.
