Description

The Blue Sea PowerBar 1000 12-Stud Bus Bar is built for complex marine electrical systems that need one high-capacity point for combining large and small conductors. Twelve 5/16-inch terminal studs and a 1,000A continuous rating give installers ample room for battery, charging, inverter, and distribution connections.

Tin-plated C11000 electrical copper provides high conductivity and corrosion resistance. The stepped bus design creates two wiring elevations, allowing a denser cable layout than a traditional flat bus bar. Compatible fuse blocks can align with the bus elevation, reducing the need for separate connecting cables, while stainless steel 8-32 screws with captive lock washers provide secure connection points for smaller conductors.

The bus bar can be cut shorter when necessary for confined installations, and bi-directional end caps allow multiple PowerBars to be ganged together when more connection capacity is needed. A snap-on insulating cover protects the terminals and includes label recesses for circuit identification.
