Blue Sea 8261 Waterproof 8 Position Switch Panel

Description

The Blue Sea 8261 Waterproof 8-Position Switch Panel is designed for flybridges, open cockpits, and other above-deck locations where salt spray, rain, hose washdowns, and occasional water exposure are part of normal operation. It provides eight protected On/Off circuits in a finished weather-resistant panel for 12V or 24V DC systems.

Each circuit uses a Contura On/Off switch with an embedded On-indicator LED. Eight panel-mount AGC/MDL fuse holders provide circuit protection, and a 60-label set is included for identifying the connected loads. A watertight mounting gasket helps seal the panel opening, while countersunk mounting holes support a clean installation.

Blue Sea uses heavy aluminum construction with a two-part polyurethane slate-gray finish and applies a Mil-Spec chemical treatment by immersion so exposed panel surfaces receive corrosion protection. The panel carries a substantial cumulative current rating while each switch is rated according to system voltage.
