Blue Sea 7615 ATD Automatic Timer Disconnect

Description

The Blue Sea 7615 ATD Automatic Timer Disconnect is designed to prevent non-essential 12V loads from draining a battery after the triggering device or ignition signal has been turned off. It can disconnect connected equipment based on elapsed time, low battery voltage, or removal of the 12V control signal.

When a 12V trigger signal is present, the relay connects battery power to the controlled devices. After that signal is removed, the internal timer begins counting down and disconnects the loads after the selected delay. The time range is adjustable from approximately 15 minutes to four hours. Low-voltage protection can disconnect the circuit sooner when necessary to preserve battery power.

The timer and voltage functions can also be disabled when simple signal-based disconnect behavior is preferred. An integrated LED shows operating status, while the clip-on cover insulates the terminal connections. The unit is rated for substantial continuous current and uses robust stainless flange nuts on the main terminals.
