Description

The Blue Sea Systems 7287 is a 50A C-Series triple pole toggle breaker in white, which is the size most 240 volt AC shore installations are built around. Interrupt capacity is 5,000 amperes, meeting the ABYC requirement for 120/240 volt 50 ampere main protection.

Three poles means it switches both hot lines and the neutral, which is what a 240 volt main has to do. If any single pole trips, all of them open together, so there is no condition where part of the system stays energised behind a tripped breaker.

Trip free construction prevents the breaker being held on during a fault. Browse more marine circuit breakers.
