The Blue Sea Systems 7258 is a 100A C-Series double pole toggle breaker in white, with 5,000 ampere interrupt capacity meeting ABYC requirements for 120/240 volt 50 ampere main protection.

As a double pole unit its normal role is a 120 volt AC main, switching hot and neutral together so neither conductor stays live when the breaker is open. Both poles trip as one, so a fault on either side isolates the whole circuit.
