The Blue Sea Systems 7046 covers 120 amp panel mount duty in the 187 Series, a rating that suits a substantial house bank feed or a windlass on a larger boat. Voltage rating is 48 volts DC and protection comes from a thermally responsive bi-metal blade.

Interrupt capacity is 5,000 amperes at 12 volts DC, 3,000 at 24 and 1,500 at 42. Class is Type III, switchable with manual reset, and trip free so it cannot be held closed against a fault.

Panel mounting uses a round self-trimming case that goes in with a hole saw, no bezel or mounting panel required. The 5/16 terminal studs have generous clearance for the heavy gauge lugs a 120 amp circuit needs, mounting holes are recessed, and the large lever shows trip status by orientation.
