Blue Sea 7039 50A 187-Series Panel Mount Breaker

Description

The Blue Sea Systems 7039 is a 50 amp panel mount breaker in the 187 Series, using a thermally responsive bi-metal blade and rated to 48 volts DC. Interrupt capacity is 5,000 amperes at 12 volts, 3,000 at 24 and 1,500 at 42.

Panel mounting here means a round self-trimming case that installs through a single hole saw cut, with no mounting panel or trim bezel needed to finish the job. Recessed mounting holes keep the visible face clean once it is in.

Switching and circuit protection come in the one device with clear single lever operation, and the lever’s vertical or horizontal position tells you whether it has tripped. Terminals are 5/16 studs with clearance for heavy gauge lugs. The case is thermoset polyester, the unit is waterproof, it is Type III class with manual reset and trip free, and all components meet SAE J1171 external ignition protection requirements.
