Blue Sea 65-Amp DC Mini ACR Charging Relay

Description

The Blue Sea 7601 Mini ACR is a compact 65A automatic charging relay for 12V dual-battery systems. It is designed for outboards and smaller inboard engines with alternators up to 65A, automatically sharing charging current while keeping battery banks separated during discharge.

The relay senses charging voltage on both banks and combines the batteries when charging is available. When voltage drops, it opens again so house loads do not continue drawing from the starting battery. An integrated LED shows relay status, and the snap-on cover insulates the main terminal connections.

The compact housing supports either surface or panel mounting, making the Mini ACR easier to fit into smaller electrical compartments. Heavy terminal studs accommodate multiple cable lugs within the specified cable size. For smaller boats that need automatic charge sharing between a starting and house battery without the capacity of a full-size ACR, the 7601 provides a space-efficient 65A solution.
