The Blue Sea Systems 4366 is a water resistant USB accessory panel bringing together a 15A circuit breaker switch, a 12V socket, a dual USB charger and a mini voltmeter in one position. Compared with the two-charger versions in the same range, this one trades a second USB pair for the voltmeter.

The breaker switch is an illuminated Carling Technologies 15A unit, and it lets you shut the whole panel down to stop parasitic draw. USB chargers pull current whenever they are powered, so on a boat left on a mooring for weeks that quiet drain adds up against the battery.

A pre-wired harness comes with it, which turns installation into mounting and two connections rather than making up a loom. Silicone breaker boots and a gasket keep water out, and the polycarbonate and ABS face is UV stabilised, flame retardant and corrosion proof. It is 12V DC only.
