Blue Sea 3135 SMS Panel Enclosure for DC Circuits

Description

The Blue Sea Systems 3135 is the DC member of the SMS enclosure family, loaded with a UL 489 DC main and three 12/24V branch positions at 15A. Where the other SMS boxes handle AC shore power, this one covers DC circuits and other large frame devices.

Six amber ON indicating LEDs are fitted for 12/24V DC, amber rather than the green and red used on the AC versions, so a glance tells you which system you are looking at on a boat carrying both. Blank apertures let you load the enclosure to suit, taking Carling Technologies A and C Series flat rocker and ELCI main breakers.

The base is glass filled polycarbonate with a clear cover that overlaps it for strength and gasket coverage, sealed by an oversized polyurethane gasket formed in place. The stainless hinge pin comes out so the cover lifts away during installation, and the stainless latch holds it closed without a fastener through the enclosure wall. The enclosure is 6 by 6 by 4 inches, 7.6 by 7.4 by 4.7 overall. Six waterproof glands, labels, mounting hardware and the manual are included. Browse more marine electrical panels.
