The BEP Marine Remote On/Off Key Switch provides a secure remote control point for compatible 701-MD and 720-MDO motorized battery switches. Instead of opening a hatch or entering the battery compartment to operate the main switch directly, the user can control the connected battery switch from a convenient panel location.

The keyed design adds a level of access control that can be useful when the battery system should not be operated casually. The switch can be installed as a stand-alone control or integrated into BEP’s Contour Connect panel range, giving installers flexibility in how the remote control is incorporated into the helm or electrical panel.

Because it is designed specifically for compatible BEP motorized battery switches, the control provides a purpose-built interface rather than requiring a generic switch to be adapted to the system. It is especially useful on boats where the battery switches are mounted close to the batteries for shorter heavy-cable runs but the operator still needs convenient control from another location.
