BEP Marine 4-Position Sealed Nylon Ignition Switch

Description

The BEP Marine 4-Position Sealed Nylon Ignition Switch provides Accessory, Off, Ignition plus Accessory, and Start positions in a compact keyed switch for marine and vehicle applications. The four-position sequence gives the operator separate accessory power and normal engine-start functions through one control.

The contact area is fully sealed using O-rings and ultrasonic welding, producing an IP67 waterproof rating that helps protect the switch from moisture in exposed installations. A high-impact plastic body resists corrosion, and BEP tests the design to SAE J259 for ignition-switch applications. The switch uses an integral Deutsch connector for a secure, serviceable electrical connection.

The switch supports nominal 12V and 24V DC systems, with current capacity adjusted according to system voltage. It can be mounted through panels up to approximately three-eighths of an inch thick, making it practical for many helm and console installations.
