The red Barebones Living Beacon Lantern is a compact rechargeable light for campsites, patios, power outages, and other situations where a portable lantern is easier to place than a handheld flashlight. The stamped-steel housing measures about 3.75 x 5 inches and is water resistant for normal outdoor conditions.

Its 3-watt CREE LED provides 220 lumens on high for approximately 3 hours. For softer lighting and much longer battery life, the 30-lumen low mode can run for up to 200 hours. That range lets the same lantern handle short periods of task lighting as well as long evenings when only a low ambient glow is needed.

The included 18650 rechargeable battery powers the lantern, and a 30-inch charging cord is supplied in the package. The compact body is easy to move around camp or keep with emergency supplies without taking up the space of a larger lantern.
