Description

The Balmar 621 Series 120A Spindle Mount Alternator provides a high-output 12V charging upgrade for marine engines using either a 1-inch Motorola-style or 2-inch Delco-style single-foot mount. Its isolated-ground construction and K6 serpentine pulley make it a strong choice for installations that already have compatible external regulation and a serpentine drive system.

The 1-inch mounting configuration is typical of Westerbeke, Lehman, Hino, and Pathfinder engines. The 2-inch Delco-style mount is commonly found on Volvo Penta gas and diesel engines, John Deere, Perkins, MerCruiser, Pleasurecraft, Crusader, Indmar, Marine Power, and other GM-based marine engines. This broad mounting coverage makes the 621 Series useful across many repower and charging-upgrade projects.
