The Ancor Tan 14 AWG Tinned Copper Wire provides marine-grade wiring for circuits that use tan conductor identification. Tinned copper strands help protect against corrosion and electrolysis in damp and saltwater environments, making the wire suitable for long-term onboard use.

Ultra-flexible Type 3 construction makes the conductor easier to route through electrical panels, consoles, and machinery spaces while helping it resist fatigue caused by vibration and repeated flexing. The premium vinyl insulation stays flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and abrasion.

The insulation is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service. Ancor Marine Grade wire exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat standards.
