Description

The Ancor Red/Black 8/2 AWG Flat Duplex Cable provides two marine-grade conductors in a common jacket for higher-current DC circuits aboard boats. The red and black conductor colors make polarity easy to identify, while the flat shape helps the cable route close to bulkheads and behind panels.

Ultra-flexible Type 3/Class K stranding helps resist fatigue caused by vibration and repeated flexing. The outer jacket is designed for easy removal while still providing strong abrasion resistance, and the internal conductors use Ancor’s premium marine insulation.

The insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and abrasion. It is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service.
