Description

The Ancor Red/Black 14/2 AWG Flat Duplex Cable combines two marine-grade conductors in one flexible cable for DC lighting, electronics, pumps, controls, and accessory circuits. Red and black insulation simplifies polarity identification, while the flat profile helps the cable route neatly along bulkheads and behind panels.

Ultra-flexible Type 3 tinned copper stranding provides corrosion resistance and helps the cable withstand vibration and repeated flexing. The premium vinyl insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and protects against salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and abrasion.

The insulation is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service. Ancor states that its Marine Grade wire exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat standards.
