Description

The Ancor Red 2/0 AWG Battery Cable is built for high-current marine DC connections where corrosion resistance and flexibility are critical. Tinned copper stranding helps protect the conductor from corrosion and electrolysis in wet and saltwater environments.

Ultra-flexible Type 3 stranding makes the heavy cable easier to route through battery compartments and helps it withstand vibration and repeated flexing. The premium vinyl insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and abrasion.

The insulation is rated for 600V service, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet. Ancor states that the cable exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat requirements.
