Description

The Ancor Red 1/0 AWG Tinned Battery Cable is designed for high-current positive battery connections, inverter feeds, alternator circuits, and marine power distribution. Tinned copper stranding provides strong corrosion resistance in damp and saltwater environments.

Ultra-flexible Type 3 construction makes the large conductor easier to route through confined battery compartments and machinery spaces while helping it resist fatigue caused by vibration and repeated movement. The premium vinyl insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet exposure, heat, and abrasion.

The insulation is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service. Ancor states that the cable exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat standards.
