Description

The Ancor Heavy-Duty Hex Lug and Terminal Crimper is designed for making secure mechanical crimps on large marine cable lugs and terminals from 8 AWG through 4/0 AWG. It is a practical shop or rigging tool for battery cables, inverter leads, charging circuits, and other high-current marine wiring.

Revolving dies allow the operator to select the correct size for the cable and terminal, then form a hex-style crimp that compresses the lug evenly around the conductor. This style of crimp helps create a strong low-resistance connection when used with properly matched cable and terminals.
