Description

The Ancor Green 6 AWG Battery Cable provides marine-grade wiring for bonding and grounding circuits where green conductor identification is appropriate. Tinned copper stranding helps protect the conductor against corrosion and electrolysis in saltwater and moisture-prone environments.

Ultra-flexible Type 3 construction allows the cable to route more easily through machinery spaces, battery compartments, and electrical panels while resisting fatigue caused by vibration and repeated flexing. The premium vinyl insulation stays flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and abrasion.

The insulation is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service. Ancor states that the cable exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat standards.
