The Ancor Black 6 AWG Battery Cable is designed for marine DC-negative battery leads, charging circuits, inverter connections, and power distribution. Tinned copper strands help resist corrosion and electrolysis in damp, salty, and vibration-prone environments.

Type 3 ultra-flexible construction improves routing through battery compartments and machinery spaces while helping the cable tolerate repeated flexing and vibration. Ancor’s premium vinyl insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet radiation, heat, and abrasion.

The insulation is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service. Ancor states that its Marine Grade cable exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat requirements.
