The Ancor Black 14 AWG Marine Wire is built from tinned copper stranding for corrosion resistance and long service life in wet, salty, and vibration-prone onboard environments. It is suited to DC-negative, control, lighting, electronics, and accessory circuits that require a flexible 14 AWG conductor.

Ultra-flexible Type 3 stranding helps resist fatigue caused by vessel vibration and repeated bending while making the wire easier to route through panels, consoles, and machinery spaces. The premium vinyl insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, heat, abrasion, and ultraviolet exposure.

The insulation is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service. The wire exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat standards.
