Description

The Ancor Black 1/0 AWG Battery Cable is designed for high-current marine DC circuits that require a flexible, corrosion-resistant negative conductor. Tinned copper strands provide protection against corrosion and electrolysis in damp and saltwater environments.

Ultra-flexible Type 3 stranding improves routing through tight battery compartments and helps the cable tolerate vibration and repeated movement. Ancor’s premium vinyl insulation remains flexible in extreme cold and resists salt water, battery acid, oil, gasoline, ultraviolet exposure, heat, and abrasion.

The insulation is rated for 600V, 105°C dry, and 75°C wet service. Ancor states that its Marine Grade cable exceeds UL 1426, ABYC, and applicable US Coast Guard charter-boat standards.
