Airmar B60 20° Bronze Thru-Hull Depth Transducer

Description

The Airmar B60 20° Bronze Thru-Hull Depth Transducer, requiring a separately purchased mix-and-match cable, builds in Airmar’s Tilted Element design, where the ceramic sensing element sits fixed at a 20-degree angle inside the housing rather than straight down.

Mounted nearly flush with the hull, that built-in tilt compensates for the boat’s deadrise, angling the beam straight down toward the bottom for stronger echo returns and more accurate depth readings than a non-tilted transducer would give on an angled hull. Dual-frequency operation covers both wide-area 50 kHz sensing to 1200′ and tighter, more precise 200 kHz sensing to 700′, and this housing extends barely 3/16″ outside the hull, with essentially no drag penalty on boat performance.
