Description

The Egis XD Series Single Flex 2 Relay-ACR with Knobs combines a high-current relay and automatic charging relay in a compact DTM-connected package with local manual control. It is designed as a modern replacement for separate remote battery switches, solenoids, and ACR devices while reducing mounting space and high-current interconnection wiring.

The unit is rated for 500A continuous and 1500A cranking current over an 8-36V DC range. Its bi-stable solenoid design uses very little off-state current, while sealed IP67/IP6K9K construction, stainless-steel cable studs, and high-temperature materials support demanding marine installations.

The three-position manual override allows the relay to be forced open or closed and left locked in that state when necessary. Front-facing LED status indication provides quick visual confirmation, and DIP-switch programming gives installers flexibility in configuring relay behavior. The included protective cover and weatherproof labeling help keep the high-current connections organized and protected.
